Report An Error
Welcome to Artist Profiles!

Submitting an artist profile is simple. Just follow these steps:
1. Complete the form below and select "Submit Your Artist Profile" at the bottom of this form
2. We will then send you a confirmation email with validation link (you will only receive this email the first time you register)
3. Open the email and click the validation link
4. Your profile will then be flagged for approval by a member of the our content management staff
5. Once approved, your profile will appear on the site

Primary Image Upload

To submit the primary image with your Artist Profile:

Use the "Browse" button below to locate the image on your computer.

Use the "Choose File" window to browse to the location of your image and click "Open."

Once you have located the correct image file and it appears in the browse field below, click "Submit Your Artist Profile" and you're done!

PLEASE NOTE: We only accept JPEG (.jpg) formatted images. Each image must be 3 megabytes or less. Also, if you currently have a primary image posted and are uploading a new primary image, your current profile image will be replaced.

Additionally, Peakradar.com reserves the right to edit submissions for grammar, style and accuracy. We may also choose to omit any Artist Profile at our discretion.
