Risen from the Depths
This mosaic on cement mural was installed on a cement retaining wall for Shook’s Run Creek in 1999 by Concrete Couch and students from Workout Ltd., a program for at-risk students. The mural project provided its creators an opportunity to earn community service hours, learn about murals and also learn tangible skills.
