Settlement of the West
This mural, on the 27′ diameter interior dome of Cossitt Hall on the Colorado College campus, was painted in 1948-49 by Eric Bransby. This was his Master’s degree thesis done under the directipn of Jean Charlot. At the time Bransby was already and established artist having painted WPA murals.
