Casa Verde Commons House

Casa Verde Commons House is Colorado Springs’ first cohousing community. An intentional community, we are creating a place where we live with integrity as neighbors and friends, practicing consensus and ecological responsibility.

Located in an older neighborhood just north of downtown, we’re close to Colorado College and the heart of downtown. A coffee shop and Shooks Run trail border the western edge of the community and we’re within easy walking distance of a public golf course, public schools, parks, major hospital, and shopping.
