The Norris-Penrose Event Center is nestled at the base of the Colorado Front Range in Colorado Springs, home of the world famous Pikes Peak. The facilities and the terrain of the Norris-Penrose Event Center make it ideal for hosting events ranging from a variety of Horse Shows, Rodeo, Arts and Crafts Shows, to Motorcross Racing, Corporate Events and Concerts. We provide horse-boarding services and training referrals.
