We are a studio specializing in ballroom social dancing for all ages. We strive to create an atmosphere that is fun, challenging and non-intimidating. All our instructors are highly trained and we strive to continuously update levels of knowledge to keep us current and creatively challenged. We believe in dance as the best way to keep your body fit, your mind at peace and your soul satisfied. To this end, we offer many affordable group classes geared toward fun and rewarding ways to stay fit. Our goal is simply to bring joy to all ages through dance and yoga and to foster a community of artists aligned in the pursuit of happiness and health through body movement.
