    Fine Arts Center Main

    The Fine Arts Center Main was founded in 1936 by Alice Bemis Taylor and designed in the Art Deco style by New Mexico architect John Gaw Meem. The FAC Main at the Taylor Museum includes: * The main gallery, displaying many permanent collection Spanish Colonial and Native American art pieces of the Southwest in addition to other permanent works and traveling shows. * The Performing Arts department, featuring a Repertory Theatre Company which produces a regular schedule of dramatic works. * The Bemis School of Art, offering art education to the local community.
