General William Mitchell High School

Mitchell High School has a tremendous history. We have been leaders in academics, activities and athletics. We are extremely proud of our past and equally excited about our future. 

Mitchell is a comprehensive high school with something to offer everyone. Our programs are designed to ensure success for our graduates whether they plan to go on to college or join the work force.

Mitchell High School has received numerous community and state awards. This past year we had the largest increase in ACT scores out of all the high schools in the front range. We continue to bring in an outstanding total of of scholarship money and ask parents to compare us with other schools. Our school has received in successive years two Chamber of Commerce programs of excellence, a state award for outstanding partnerships and numerous awards and recognitions of our staff.
