Flutist, Composer, Creator of Special Events
Joseph Liberti, flutist and composer entertains as FluteDaddy playing inspiring contemporary jazz fusion – a blend of pop, jazz, Latin and orchestral music styles. The FluteDaddy, ensemble of three to six musicians, specializes in presenting engaging themed concerts and special events.

Suite Songs Of Georgia
In 2015 Joseph composed a program of music inspired by the art and life of Georgia O’Keeffe. Ladder To The Moon, named after an O’Keeffe painting, was performed at The Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center in July. Concertgoers comments included: “It was a terrific concert, everyone loved the music.” “Thank you for giving us such a fabulous evening of entertainment. All our guests loved it .” And, “We were delighted by the concert. The program was extraordinary and each and every musician was superb.“ A repeat performance of Ladder To The Moon, will be presented by the FluteDaddy Chamber Jazz Sextet on September 10, 2015 at 7:30 PM at The Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, 30 W. Dale Street, Colorado Springs.

Polished Pros and A Passionate Newcomer
The FluteDaddy Chamber Jazz Sextet is made up of master musicians that include Colorado jazz icon, guitarist Alan Joseph, premier philharmonic and jazz bassist Marc Neihof, first call drummer Stefan Flores, classical cellist and music educator Norah Clydesdale and audience favorite, keyboard entertainer Jana Lee Ross. These polished pros have years of professional playing to their credit and have performed with a Who’s Who of world class musicians. Joseph is the newcomer and his story is as uplifting as his music. Joseph became a full time musician at the age most people retire. He is fulfilling his passion for making beautiful, music and is an inspiration for young and old.

The Art Of Jazz
In 2011 Joseph founded The Art of Jazz, a non-profit project to promote and support jazz and the arts. The organization provides a music appreciation course, The Art Of Jazz, facilitated by Joseph using live and recorded music. The next course begins in October 2015 at Bemis School of Art in Colorado Springs. The school collaborated with The Art of Jazz to produce the Ladder To The Moon event. Tara Sevanne Thomas, Executive Director of Education at Bemis says: “Joseph is a delight to work with… He is a professional dedicated to his craft and is a true artist!”
