3D Light Show Spectacular Unvielling - Holiday Nights

 The west side of the historic Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum in downtown Colorado Springs will become an illuminated canvas for an animated light show during the holiday season. The 3-minute Holiday Nights show is precisely choreographed with music and features 3-D imagery including dancing colors, historic photos of holiday-time in Colorado Springs, and of course, Santa himself.

Join us for the 2014 holiday season debut of Holiday Nights at 5:30 p.m. this Friday, December 12, on the west side of the Colorado Springs Pioneer Museum, 215 S. Tejon Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Parking is available at meters on the street, or in the City parking garage at Nevada/Colorado for only $1.

“The light show combines the newest technology with one of the more historic and most recognizable, buildings in our city,” said Matt Mayberry, director of the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum. “When you’re out looking at holiday lights and enjoying all the activities in our beautiful downtown corridor, this is one show you won’t want to miss!”

Innovative Moments, a local company specializing in digital visual light displays, created the show. The show highlights the unique architecture of the museum using 4.3 billion animated pixels that are projected on a 1 billion+ Candlepower Panasonic Projector. The project is sponsored by the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum, Downtown Partnership, and TuffShed .

Holiday Nights will run every night from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at 15- minute intervals, from Friday, December 12 through the end of the year.
