Abra-Kebab-Ra!
Israel is a melting pot of many years of different cultures and cuisines all leaving their own mark on the region.
In this class we are going to talk about the different influences that Israeli food takes from Asia, African, the Mediterranean, and Europe and transforms them into their own unique cuisine.
There will also be a talk about the spices/spice blends used in Israeli cooking.
This is a hands-on class for the advanced cook using advanced techniques.
