A Night of Excellence

A Night of Excellence attracts community leaders and business professionals who are dedicated to promoting prosperity in Southern Colorado. This year, approximately 500 guests will enjoy a full course dinner, entertainment, networking, and awards celebration.

Based on Standards of Excellence, BBB of Southern Colorado honors select businesses within our community that have completed countless hours of internal process research and analysis before submitting their findings to an external panel of experts for review and site visits.

These finalists demonstrate a commitment to exemplary customer service and a select few will be presented with the prestigious Excellence in Customer Service Award. Scholarships will also be awarded to students who display excellence in education.

For the Celebration, we’re hosting an elegant and fun “ESPN®-styled” Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony honoring this year’s finalists and also 25 years of past recipients of the Excellence in Customer Service Award with a permanent Hall of Fame wall installation unveiling.

To be awarded the prestigious honor of an Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) Award, these business owners must prove their profound commitment to their customer service processes and to our community. Their dedication helps set an exemplary standard for the service Colorado Springs consumers desire.

You won’t want to miss live music performed by members of the Colorado Springs Philharmonic, and a special Half-Time show performed by J & J Hip Hop Dance & Performing Arts Company.
