Kat and Judy are teaming up to provide an incredible experience that will have you moving, singing, drawing and drumming up your sacred and joyful feminine spirit.

We’ll focus on an earth, air, fire, and water goddess through the pathways of arts in motion and give ways to activate these energies within YOU! No experience necessary. Bring a drum or small percussion instrument if possible and dress for yoga and for art.
