Ready for a weeknight adventure? Take a Bat Walk at Garden of the Gods Park

Garden of the Gods is offering an adventurous way to spend your Tuesday nights. Join volunteer naturalist and bat expert Jeanne McElderry for an evening encounter with this fascinating summer Park resident.  Meet at the Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center Red Rocks Room at 6:30pm for an educational preview, then proceed to the Garden to view the nightly flight.  This enriching program is one of the most popular during the summer months, and best of all it’s free.  Dress for the weather, bring water and a flashlight, and wear sturdy shoes.  Recommended for ages 5 and up. No pets or strollers please. Tuesdays 6:30 pm, beginning June 14 through August 30. (Reservations required, 219-0108)
