Bee Well: Healthy Cooking With Honey

Let’s talk honey and health! In this class Cortney will talk about honey and how you can use it in your cooking at home. Plus, we’ll also have an introductory talk about bees and what you can do to help them. Learn how to use honey as a sugar substitute and why you may want to switch to honey from sugar.

This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner but make your very own items to take home or enjoy in the Gather garden. Plus, leave with a 4oz jar of our delicious Colorado Lockhart Honey!
