Beer Class: Beer at a Thanksgiving Meal

On any Thanksgiving table, you'll likely have diversity in flavors, textures, temperatures and weights. This can make it tricky to pick a single beer to pair with everything and selecting different beers for each dish would make it really hard to see your loved ones. Common characteristics in flavor profiles in oven roasted profiles with turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes and pies generally link with browning and caramelization—which also happens in brewing. In this class, we’ll explore parallel flavors and contrasting flavors to make pairing your Thanksgiving meal a joy!

The Curious Palate is a tasting class series that is designed to explore the world of wine, beer and spirits and learn your palate in an intimate and friendly atmosphere. The Curious Palate is for the taster who wants to take their personal wine, beer and spirits experience to a new level by building knowledge…while having fun!
