The Block 5 Philosophy Colloquium lecture will given by Katherine Behar in relation to her various artforms and research in which she has been conducting.

Katherine Behar is assistant professor of New Media at Baruch College. Her artwork spans interactive installation, performance art, public art, photography, and video art to explore contemporary digital culture. Her research interests include embodiment and technology, cyborgian ethics, emerging and obsolete technologies, and feminist and media critiques. Her ongoing projects include "Disorientalism" with Marianne M. Kim, and "RSI" with Ben Chang and Silvia Ruzanka.
