Broadmoor Art Experience

Beginning with 4th of July Weekend, in conjunction with the Broadmoor Hotel, Broadmoor Galleries is hosting The Broadmoor Art Experience.  Expanding off our wildly popular 2018 Plein Air Weekend, the show will now take place over the course of 4 weekends throughout the Month of July with different groups of artists each weekend working in a variety of medium.

Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday artists will descend upon the Broadmoor Properties (and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo), creating new pieces on the historic properties while being available to visit with guests and collectors.

You are invited to come out and visit with the artists, watching as pieces develop on site, observe the campus through the eyes of an artist, watch as canvases and mounds of clay come to life as the artists visions are manifested.

Featuring museum stalwarts Sandy Scott, Margery Torrey,  Thomas Blackshear, Gerald Balcair, Donna Howell-Sickles, Doug Hyde, Greg Kelsey, Benjamin Wu, Bill Nebeker, Lisa Gordon, Plein Air Master Ovanes Berberian and many, many more!  Works created on site will be available for purchase.
