Carrie Fell & El Paso County Art Dedication

El Paso County will host a celebration of art on May 16 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Centennial Hall, 200 S. Cascade Ave.

Artist Carrie Fell has graciously created a painting exclusively for El Paso County. The Colorado Springs Conservatory will be performing at the May 16 event as the painting is dedicated on May 16. Join El Paso Couty officials, staff and others from around the city as we express our appreciation and support for the arts.

In addition to Carrie Fell's artwork, pieces from two local elementary schools are also on display.
