Explore nature with your favorite cub aged 2-4 at Catamount Cubs nature exploration and education programs.
Each 1.5 hour Cubs session allows you and your early learner to have authentic, age-appropriate, nature-based experiences in a setting that is both wild, safe, and familiar, typically at Sondermann Park, but occasionally off site.
At least one adult must be registered for each two(2) children.

Explore nature with your favorite cub aged 2-4 at Catamount Cubs nature exploration and education programs.
Each 1.5 hour Cubs session allows you and your early learner to have authentic, age-appropriate, nature-based experiences in a setting that is both wild, safe, and familiar, typically at Sondermann Park, but occasionally off site.
At least one adult must be registered for each two(2) children. Activities are designed for children aged 2-4. Older and younger siblings may participate but must also be registered and paid for.
- November 27: Bears – Sing, make bear masks, and explore Sondermann Park with us as we learn all about these amazing creatures and their winter sleeping habits.
- December 4: Gift to the Park – Join us for invasive plant demolition and other fun activities about how other invasive species (including fish!) change Colorado.
- December 11: Rock Ledge Ranch Special Visit – The farm is decorated for the holidays. Tour with us for songs, games, and crafts to see what the animals are ding this winter.
- December 18: Audubon Winter Bird Count and More – What birds stay in Colorado all winter? Use all your senses in this lesson bursting with bird activities. Make a bird feeder to take home.
