Cheyenne Cañon Hummingbird Experience now part of the Pikes Peak Birding and Nature Festival

The Friends of Cheyenne Cañon announces a new event at the Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center. The Hummingbird Festival, now the Cheyenne Cañon Hummingbird Experience, is part of the Inaugural Pikes Peak Birding and Nature Festival.

The Friends of Cheyenne Cañon will host two field trips, with a $20 registration and RSVP required through the Pikes Peak Birding and Nature Festival http://pikespeakbirdingandnaturefestival.org/.

There will also be a Saturday agenda chock full of free family oriented events that highlight the hummingbirds that visit the Cañon every year.  No registration required for the events taking place from 10 am – 3 pm.
