It’s pie time again! Who doesn’t love a flaky, rich pie crust filled with creamy custards and topped with whipped cream?
In this class we learn how to make a lard crust, all about blind baking, how to roll out dough AND how to make our fillings. Then we eat. Pie. Lots of Pie! And extra PIE!
This is a hands-on class. Wear your stretchy pants.
