Cuban-born artists Carlos Manuel Cárdenes and Esteban Blanco are Miami and Colorado-based expatriates whose works in photography and bronze mine the depths of their diasporic experience. Cárdenes' series of photographs of Cuban artists - 132 in total - survey this dynamic group and are as a whole incredibly moving. Blanco's bronze works are inspired by Italo Calvino's work of fiction
