Dr. Michelle Okun, Ph.D addresses “Under Pressure? Take the Lid Off!”

She focuses on healthy lifestyles for older adults, touching on maintaining a healthy level of stress by keeping a balance in later life & specifically the effects of sleep patterns on long-term health.  In addition to her research on sleep patterns, she is the Director of Clinical & Bio-behavioral Research at the Lane Center in Health Sciences.
