In honor of Domestic Violent Awareness Month, Colorado College welcomes award winning poet, activist, and educator Dominique Christina.
Dominique Christina is an Aurora-based poet, activist, and educator. She holds five national poetry slam titles in four years, and Colorado College is pleased to welcome her for a performance as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Colorado Springs's local Poetry 719 and Colorado College's SpeakEasy spoken word groups will open. Preceding the performances, please join us for a dinner reception at Armstrong Hall, where campus and community-based organizations working at the intersections
