Dynamic Aging Six-Week Movement Class Series
Join a fun and transformative six-week movement class series where you will learn how to move and feel better in daily life.
Participants will learn all of the exercises and concepts from the book Dynamic Aging by Katy Bowman, including:
- Whole-body alignment and postural adjustments
- Foot health
- How to improve balance
- Strengthening your hips
- Tips for walking better
- Ways to move and feel better in daily life.
Additional corrective exercises will be added to the curriculum based upon participants needs and interests.
