Learn how to make delicious French pastries at home!
Learn how to make this classic French favorite – eclairs! In this class, Stephanie will teach you how to make, pipe, and bake the pate a choux. Then make a Bavarian cream filling and a chocolate ganache for the top! It’s decadent, delicious and now you’ll be able to make them in your own kitchen (and no one will know how many you eat!). This class is taught in our workshop format. You will work in groups of two but make recipes of your own to take home!
