Many of what our culture considers “weeds” are actually superior foods to that which you would purchase at the market. Learn the wild foods that grow without planting, watering or weeding; and the best part-they’re free!

Join Mike Essam as he teaches the virtues of some of these wild gems, from Amaranth to Purslane. Take a short walk and Mike will point out edible “weeds”.

There is free parking behind the Congregational Church for this one hour program. Just enter the church hall from the parking lot door.
