This is a three part series exploring structure, systems, and activations of the subtle bodies.

Part One (September 21): Intro to Subtle Body Anatomy: Structure, Activators, and Energetics of the Subtle Energy Body.

In this session, you will examine structures that make up the energy body, subtle body energetics, and activators used to access, manage, and direct the flow of life-force.

Part Two: Breath Codes and the Chakras

In this workshop, you will move through breath activation codes for each of the seven chakras to clear, energize, and enliven these energy centers.

Part Three: The Healing Energetics of Reception & Release

In this workshop, you will focus on the sacral, heart, and third eye chakras while you explore the healing energetics of reception and release.

Angela Schuster will be the teacher for these classes.

A devoted hatha practitioner for over 25 years and an apprenticeship student of Sofia Diaz for over a decade, Angela guides a practice that is mindful of the physical, centered in breath and heart, and illuminates the spiritual depth that can be felt through the unfurling of the body.
