EQ is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to reduce stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, & resolve conflict. This EQ Crash Course is for parents & teens to learn skills, in a non-therapeutic settings, such as stress tolerance, problem-solving, and how to keep a positive mindset while building the resiliency to adapt and succeed at any time, in any environment. We must normalize the pursuit of mental well-being. That starts with this EQ Crash Course.
