Exploring Mindfulness, Discovering Delight
Meditation and artful contemplation are great ways to integrate mindfulness into our everyday lives.
Join instructor Joanna Bolek for an introduction to the mindfulness and stress reduction practices of meditation and mandala coloring.
(Joanna Bolek is a certified meditation instructor and art teacher. She has practiced meditation for over 30 years.)
