Fall Harvest Pig Roast Fundraiser Dinner

It’s your favorite local food event of the year, Colorado Farm and Art Market’s Fall Harvest Pig Roast!  This event happens yearly at the Margarita at Pine Creek, and it is truly a unique localvore experience.

Support Colorado Farm and Art Market, the only all-local, all small business, authentic farmer’s market in town. Many of CFAM’s hard working farmers, ranchers and vendors will be at the dinner for you to meet and mingle with and learn about the amazing work they do to enhance our local economy.

Experience an amazing all-local foods dinner featuring a Larga Vista Ranch 100% grassfed, pasture raised pig, roasted all night by Margarita Head Chef Eric Viedt. He, and Kathy and the rest of the kitchen staff will shop at the market and other local farms that week to create a festival of side dishes and desserts to perfectly accompany the roast pork.

CFAM will have free local wine and beer tastings and pairings, live music, an art exhibition (weather permitting) and a silent auction as well!

Every part of this event directly supports CFAM and all their local farmers, ranchers and vendors and is used to enhance this community initiatives like food and nutrition education, SNAP benefits, children’s activities and more.
