Join us, Kat Tudor, and Georgiy Dmitriev, for Farm Yoga, taking place at the verdant and vibrant Smokebrush Farm.

Spring is happening on the farm! Life is happening! We’re welcoming baby goats, tending to the greenhouses, and connecting with the earth, right here in Manitou Springs.

Off the mat and onto the Farm Yoga… Practice with the animals and plants, with the guidance of Mother Nature on our beautiful six acre farm.

Be sure to bring water and wear walking shoes.
