Fine Art Photography: Create Your Personal Project

This workshop is aimed at photographers who want to develop their artistic sensitivity and explore fine art photography while learning to create an artistic series of photographs. Students will be pushed to participate actively and complete rigorous photo assignments between work sessions.

The focus will not be on the camera (or kind); it is assumed that those taking the classes already know their cameras as tools. The focus will rather be on helping the photographers pull expression out of them and using classic composition elements to create unique works of art.

Students can expect to:

1. Develop your artistic sensitivity evaluate and describe the value of your work and to translate the value to others.
2. Learn how to present a portfolio to a gallery.
