Fireside Socks

The instructor for this class is Judy Cross.

Make a pair of warm and cozy socks! This is a great class for anyone who wants to learn to make socks but who doesn’t want to struggle with small needles and skinny yarn.

These socks are made on double point needles with bulky yarn so they knit up quickly.

Students must be able to Cast On, Knit, Purl and Bind Off.

Student supply list:

• 200 yards of bulky weight yarn – you can make a bulky weight by combining worsted with a thinner yarn for a tweedy effect.
• # 8 and 10 ½ double point needles
• Tape measure
• Scissors
