First Friday Downtown: "Mankind's Most Wanted"

Bridge Gallery member Devin Arnold  will display his acrylic paintings. His artist’s statement: “This series is primarily of genomic disorders. I believe there is a great deal of chance and risk inherent in the creation of each life. The ability to attach an image to these uncertainties gives us a symbol to use in our fight against them. Science has given us a glimpse into the world of chromosomes and the genome with the invention of banding and other photographic techniques. These paintings incorporate that world, the beauty of nature that science struggles to understand.”
