First Friday Jazz Night

Enjoy Jazz music with Lawrence Dryhurst Gallery and the Colorado Springs Conservatory on Friday, January 5 at 7:30 p.m. for the First Friday Art Walk.

The concert will feature Wayne Wilkinson’s trio with Wayne on guitar, Andy Burtschi on bass, Todd Williams on drums, and some talented students from the Colorado Springs Conservatory. Come by and enjoy some free wine and small bites and find out about the Springs’ new jazz radio station: Jazz 93.5 FM.

Enjoy a brilliant jazz concert featuring the artist mentors of the Colorado Springs Conservatory: Tom Fowler, Andy Burtschi, Todd Williams, Ian Ferguson, Wayne Wilkinson and Lewis Keller. The incredibly talented students of the Colorado Springs Conservatory will also take part in the concert!

The Conservatory is pleased to continue its iconic, ever-popular Jazz Nite series in 2018. This month Jazz night will be held at the beautiful Lawrence Dreyhurst Gallery. The evenings will feature the Conservatory Faculty Jazz Ensemble, comprised of many of the region’s most noted musicians.

And following in their mentor’s footsteps, you’ll enjoy the talent and versatility of our Student Jazz Ensemble and alumni….all while sipping wine, beer and beverages.
