Focusing on the Figure: Expressive Sumi Ink & Watercolor Figure Drawing

In this course, you will create a series of short studies of the figure, both from observation and photograph. Utilizing paper, sumi ink, and watercolor, we will explore contour line drawings to express our artistic individuality. In this class, there is no right or wrong way to draw, and by the end of the course, you will have a new portfolio for your practice. This class is for anyone who has the passion to draw without restrictions.

Level I – This class is for those with some familiarity with the medium. This could include informal use of the medium outside of the classroom.
