In honor of National Campus Sustainability Day, PPCC's Office of Sustainability and Year of Service are hosting writer, speaker and activist J. Morris Hicks. Mr. Hicks' presentation describes the only viable pathway to the long-term sustainability of humanity. He will explain why and how people can adopt healthier and more sustainable eating habits.
