Fran Folsom Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund Dinner

This premiere culinary event includes a four-course extravaganza with wine pairings supports the education of Colorado Springs’ future chefs.

Proceeds from the dinner will fund the highly competitive Pikes Peak Community College Fran Folsom Culinary Arts Scholarship, which provides full tuition for the final year of culinary arts students, many of which graduate and stay in the region. The student chefs at the dinner truly represent the future of our area’s culinary scene. The event begins with a wide variety of passed hors d’oeuvres paired with wines. The four-course meal will include salad, a fish course featuring Colorado striped bass, an entrée featuring buffalo tenderloin and a dessert trio. Wine pairings for each course have been provided by Sovereignty Wines.
