Join Poetry719 at the Ruth Holley Library for a free screening of the movie Blackkklansman followed by a moderated community discussion.
This movie is based on the true story of the first African-American cop in Colorado Springs who successfully infiltrated the KKK chapter in this town.
It is important to learn about our history so that we can be aware of its affect on our current climate and to make sure we as a community come together to support one another.
Please join us for an incredible movie, fellowship, free snacks, and dialogue.
We will be collecting new in the package underwear for Monteray Elementary School students!
