Hear Here Poetry Community Open Mic

Poetry encourages, relieves, and revives us!  Come join Hear Here Poetry as we return to our in person community events at this all-ages, all-welcome open mic!

We’ll gather and spend some time writing together and sharing what we’ve written, then poets will have a chance to share on the open mic–either original or covered poetry. Come and just listen, come and write, or come to share aloud!  Our stories are what connect and sustain us. We can’t wait to share this meal of words with you!

Come early for a short writing prompt and exercise, then share on the open mic! Poets will have 5-7 minutes to share their writing in a safe and encouraging environment.
