This class covers the basics of selling your home. It will provide you with information such as the listing contract, disclosure forms, preparing your home to sell, pricing your home (how the market talks to you about the price of your home), staging, and marketing. It also covers what to look for in the contract when receiving an offer from a buyer and negotiating that offer.
