Honeybees: Necessary Insects! (#2041)

We have a unique relationship with honeybees and are, to a large extent, dependent on their wellbeing. After learning about the basics of honeybees and their hive activities and products, we'll explore their extraordinary value to our lives and economy. We'll also talk about threats to honeybees today and what we can do to help the plight of the honeybees. Lastly, we'll touch on other topics associated with beekeeping, including the challenges of beekeeping in the Colorado Springs area.
