In this 2 hour class, you’ll learn the basics of Kundalini Yoga.
In this 2 hour class you’ll learn the basics of Kundalini Yoga: What it is and how it works to balance the nervous and glandular systems as well as awaken your pure consciousness.
You will learn the typical format of a class, terminology the origins of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, some of the Kundalini Yoga philosophy, the fundamental breathing techniques and a basic Kundalini Yoga Kryia (a series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome).
