Introduction to Comics

This class is an introduction to comic fundamentals focusing on the readability and comprehensive storytelling of comics through panel layout, panel flow, and other basic elements of comic storytelling. Participate in various exercises to build the fundamentals of comics, concentrating less on the aesthetic side of comic art and more on readability.

Level I – This class is for those with some familiarity with the medium. This could include informal use of the medium outside of the classroom.
