Celebrate the Olympics and some delicious Japanese street food at the same time!
Cook along with chef David Cook and chef Cortney Smith, of Gather Food Studio, to celebrate the Tokyo Olympic Games! The menu will feature Chicken Yakisoba and Sunomono (Pickled Cucumbers).
It doesn’t matter who you are, noodles are always comforting. In this class we are going to learn how to make the classic popular stir fried noodle dish and then make a classic quick pickled cucumber side dish!
This is an online, live, and interactive cooking class. Gather will provide a recipe, shopping list and prep & equipment list 7 days prior to the class. Food will be cooked in your own kitchen with your own equipment. Each recipe serves 4. 10% of the proceeds from this class will be donated to Golden Lotus Foundation, whose mission is to celebrate Asian tradition and inspire passion for Asian heritage through community resources and education programs, and to expand support for Asian culture projects.
