Jazz Nite

Come and enjoy some live jazz music and delicious wine every first Friday of the month hosted by The Colorado Springs Conservatory at the Lawrence Dryhurst Art Gallery.

The concert will feature Wayne Wilkinson’s trio with Wayne (guitar), Andy Burtschi (bass) and special guest Lewis Keller (drums).

Along with conservatory mentors Ian Ferguson (piano) and Tom Fowler (Saxophone), we’ll also feature some of our students who will sit in with the pros.

What’s new with Betz? Waxing again. It’s better known as encaustic painting. New ideas and techniques with photography and bees wax. Come see before dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. then come back for the Jazziest Jazzers in Colorado Springs starting at 7 p.m.

Free wine and small bites will be offered.
