This month’s First Friday is featuring Denver based street and gallery artist JDIRT (AKA Justin Florman).

The art opening is to be followed local DJ dance party from 9 p.m. 2 a.m.

Justin Florman (JDIRT) is a Colorado based artist with roots in Arizona.

Each piece is a unique expression of his imagination, passion, drive, creativity, and view of the world.

Justin is inspired by his long time love of horror films, cult classic movies, graffiti, urban art, pop culture, tattoos, video games, comics, hip hop, and music in general.

This is displayed in his vibrant and colorful mixed media work that includes Montana Spray cans, paint markers and acrylics.

Whether it is digital art, canvas, mural, skateboard, snowboard or clothing, Justin will find a way to bring his style to a blank “canvas” and turn it into a unique expression of art.

Justin is self-taught and has been building his portfolio since high school. Though Justin has his own style, he is able to easily adapt his style to meet the needs of clients commissioning work from him.
