Mill Street Neighborhood Planning Process Underway

The Mill Street community is embarking on a planning process to envision the future of the neighborhood located immediately south of downtown Colorado Springs. The effort is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and is estimated to be completed by Spring 2018. The City of Colorado Springs Community Development Division is engaging area residents, property and business owners to identify goals, priorities and interests in the future of this historic neighborhood.
